The extension collects the following information to provide you with the best experience:

• UserIds - Unique account identifiers used for authentication and account management
• Last Login Timestamp and Browser - Used for analytics and improving service quality
• Friends - Used for history tracking and friend notifications functionality
• Playtime - We track playtime so we can show how long you have played/edited a game
• Last 53 played games - We track your last 53 played games to provide accurate continue playing results as Roblox now provides inaccurate results
• Servers Viewed - We track Roblox game servers you have looked at to allow for accurate region information
• Accounts linked to a subscription - To manage your premium features and subscription status

Paddle

We use paddle as our vendor for subscriptions. We will use your email if you are a paying customer to send you subscription information such as your subscription keys and management links

Coinbase Commerce (Cryptocurrency)

Any subscribers through Coinbase Commerce (Cryptocurrency payments) will have their email collected to allow us to provide your subscription keys and inform you of the status of your transactions. Your cryptocurrency wallet address is also collected to allow refunds to be performed.

Data Usage

The information collected is used for authentication purposes and user-facing functionality.

No Data Sharing

Information is not shared with third parties. Your data remains private and is used solely to provide RoQoL features.

Location Data

The extension will ask for your location if you are trying to use the best connection filter.

This is required to get the closest servers to your location.

Your location is never sent or collected.
However, if your account is enrolled into roblox's server A/B testing, the closest regions to you will be sent to RoQoL to provide accurate results.

Data Deletion

You can contact us in our discord or support email for deletion inquires.

If you send an inquiry, please provide all userids you would like deleted.
