Refund Policy

General

Refunds are issued based on the number of unused days left on the subscription.

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date. Non-activated subscriptions can be requested within 30 days.

We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the requirements met are not satisfactory.

Eligibility Requirements

One or more of the following must be met to be eligible for a refund:

  • The purchase was fraudulent - If your payment was unauthorized
  • Service does not work as intended or described - If the service fails to deliver the features or functionality promised
  • Accidental duplicate purchase - If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Service is not activated - If the service was not activated after purchasing
  • Account standing in good record - Your account must not have any violations of our Terms of Service or history of abuse
