A refund must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date

If a refund is issued, you will be refunded the remaining days only.
We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the requirements met are not satisfactory.

Requirement

One or more of the following must be met to be eligible for a refund:

• The purchase was fraudulent

• Service does not work as intended or described

• Accidental duplicate purchase

• Service is not activated

• Account standing in good record
